Minor in Operations & Purchasing
Operations is responsible for helping organizations drive customer satisfaction by producing and delivering products and services that meet or ideally exceed customer expectations for cost, quality, service, design, customization, and sustainability. The Operations & Purchasing Minor trains students with tangible, marketable skills for their careers, including process improvement, quality management, supply chain, purchasing, logistics, operations management, and service operations.
