Certificate in Applied Statistics Using SAS

Program Information

The Online Certificate in Applied Statistics was developed to accommodate working professionals who are looking to jump start their career, but don't have the time or the flexibility to go back to school full time. This Certificate program incorporates much of our highly successful MS in Applied Statistics curriculum, but with stronger emphasis on application and less emphasis on mathematical theory.  

Students in this Certificate program learn Data Management, Hypothesis Testing, Statistical Power, Multiple Regression, Logistic Regression and many different types of statistical tests. All course material utilizes "real world" datasets and Base SAS Programming. Students take an exam after each of the five courses as well as a final cumulative exam over all material.  

KSU Statistics Professors are available to provide support for all Online Certificate students.
