Bachelor of Applied Science in Supply Chain Logistics
The Bachelor of Applied Science in Supply Chain Logistics (BASSCL) has been specifically designed for students who have completed an Associate of Applied Science or Associate of Applied Technology Degree from a Technical College System of Georgia institution.
The BASSCL program prepares students in the areas of manufacturing, operations, logistics and supply chain through an industry-driven curriculum encompassing manufacturing processes, quality principles, engineering economy, work measurement and facilities layout.
All major courses in the BASSCL program have been developed in an online synchronous format, which allows the distance learner to experience the same learning environment as a campus student. The lectures are pre-recorded, accessible anytime and the live component is delivered once a week through web conferencing software. The weekly campus version of the course is delivered concurrently with the synchronous online session so students, campus and online, have the same instructor, lectures, discussions, assignments and exams. This format produces the best online experience for rigorous programs such as BASSCL.
