How Do I Start My Course?

Please use the information below for assistance in starting your online course, or to get technical assistance with the learning management systems.
Please note: Courses do not populate in either D2L or GoView prior to the first day of class each semester.
KSU Online Courses
KSU Online courses are housed in Desire2Learn (D2L), and students will use their Net ID and password to log in.
If you do not know your Net ID or need your password, please visit the UITS NetID Password webpage.
If you have questions, or are unable to log in to D2L, please contact the Student Helpdesk at 470-578-3555 or StudentHelpDesk@kennesaw.edu.
eCore courses are housed in GoView, and for information on how to start your course, please visit the eCore website.
Technical assistance for eCore courses and students is available through the University System of Georgia D2L Help Center, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Please do not contact the KSU Student ITS Helpdesk as they are unable to assist with the USG GoVIEW learning management system or course support issues.
